Tribal Life Inc. is a woman owned and run business. I started this business when my second child was a baby because of the frustration I felt when trying to weed through the many products online and lack of quality products I could feel good about buying locally. Through the years, I have been happy to see the growth of environmental awareness and enjoy getting to know local and online customers and working with great suppliers who share a greener vision.

We usually ship via USPS or UPS. If you would like a different shipping option, please contact us. Most in stock items ship within 1 business day. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us to ensure your package arrives on time.

For orders within the continental United States: If you're not satisfied with any product you order (with the exception of certain clearance items which will be marked as non-returnable or gently used items) from Tribal Life Inc., just return it in unused condition within 30 days of receiving it (along with a copy of your receipt) for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

If the item you're returning is defective or not what is listed on your invoice, Tribal Life Inc. will reimburse your shipping costs to send it back to us. If you simply need to exchange an item for a different size, you would pay the cost of returning the item to us and we will pay for shipping the different-sized item to you.

Please note that if you wish to exchange a product for an item with a different product, regular shipping charges will apply for the new item(s).

For orders outside the continental United States: The policy is the same as with continental US orders, except that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred (unless the wrong item was delivered or the item is defective).
